It seems like only a little time has past–certainly not the over twenty years since a young kid picked up his first copy of Muscle and Fitness and fell in love with bodybuilding.
Certainly no time has passed.
Well, of course time has passed, but it does not feel like it to me.
Perhaps, time has been enjoying the workouts, the journey of this bodybuilding lifer.
I know I have been enjoying them.
From the unbridled energy of youth, to the more subtle but still enthusiastic workouts wisdom brings.
They were all part of this wonderful experience we call bodybuilding.
It is a shame that most people will never have the chance to feel it, to feel it in their souls–the true passion of really enjoying what they do to keep fit.
For some it is running, for some tennis, for others it is something else, but the bond that we all share is this–we all feel it–deep down we feel it.
If you are new to this thing we call bodybuilding I urge you to stay look around, read, and learn.
If you are more like me–rough around the edges–but still ready for a good workout–stick around.
You may get a laugh from some of my experiences–and yes you might end up learning something.
So come often and stay and take look around–who knows you might like what you find.
Eric
